Draft summary of practices (for counsel to finalize):

• Case data: the desktop app processes warrant returns only on your computer. We never receive case data, evidence, search terms or reports.
• Account data collected by this website: what you enter on the access request (name, rank/title, agency, work contact details, supervisor contact, optional badge/ID number, state, intended use) to verify eligibility; billing records from our payment processor (we never see full card numbers); records of license files issued.
• Use: vetting, billing, license issue, support and security. No advertising, no selling of data, no third-party trackers or analytics on this site.
• Processors: payment processor (Stripe), email delivery provider, hosting provider.
• Retention and deletion: to be defined (for example, rejected requests deleted after a set period).
